Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd saw a significant stake divestment through a block deal worth ₹1,489 crore ($170.5 million). Approximately 1.9 million shares changed hands at ₹7,850 per share, a NEAR 1% discount to the previous close. The stock traded 0.5% lower in early Friday sessions.

Managing Director Suneeta Reddy is reportedly offloading up to 1.25% of her stake, valued at ₹1,395 crore, according to CNBC-TV18 sources. Reddy held a 3.36% stake as of June 30. Neither the company nor its executives have commented on the transaction.
